Hi Meical,
What I will have is pdf copies of things that are in the public domain, and materials others may have released for that purpose. In the future, we may have e-books, but I'm not yet familiar with the technology to allow lending of ebooks. It's a bit more complicated than just having the files and lettingn people download them. We're looking at a few library management systems, and I don't know what free systems permit the lending of ebooks yet, or how a library can purchase copies of ebooks for lending purposes.
Short answer - I'll look at that while we're setting up the LMS, but we have a lot of work to go before we get there. Sorry.

Deirdre, are you also thinking about lending etexts the way many modern libraries do? That might give you the ability to have large holdings in a limited space.

Hi folks,Heartiest congratulations to the Odinist Fellowship; it is ienedd good to know that the authorities are finally getting around to recognising pagan religions. One thing to note, however, about discrimination at work: the 1st December 2003 changes to employment regulations made it illegal to discriminate against any employee on the grounds of religion or belief, meaning that one cannot be dismissed for having any pagan belief. Indeed the Royal Navy recognised a Satanist(!) last year; there's a story about it hanging around on the web somewhere.Brightest blessings for Litha,Nightwind.
